Launch Outcome
As Hololaunch’s first launch partner, $Fight exceeded expectations, raising nearly $200M in commitments against a $2.25M target. The public allocation reached full subscription with approximately 89× oversubscription, validating both strong market demand and the effectiveness of the Hololaunch launch experience.
User Persona
Through product research and competitive analysis, we identified two core user groups within the Hololaunch ecosystem: Launchers, who want to raise capital while building an engaged community around their vision, and Traders, who seek early access to high-potential projects through transparent and fair participation. Understanding the distinct needs of both sides helped guide product decisions and shape a platform that aligns project growth with community incentives.

For launchers, the experience guides project creators from wallet connection to project setup, preview, submission, and post-launch management through the creator dashboard. For traders, the flow supports project discovery, eligibility verification, wallet-based participation, whitelist status tracking, and token claiming. Together, these two flows create a clear end-to-end experience that connects project creation, fundraising participation, and token distribution within one streamlined platform.

The landing page uses a clear, audience-driven structure to communicate value to both project creators and early supporters. By combining progressive storytelling with strong visual hierarchy, it simplifies complex Web3 concepts and guides users naturally toward key actions.

2. User Dashboard
The user dashboard is a profile hub with three tabs: Earn Points (stake tokens or submit X/Twitter content to earn points, with a sidebar showing current points balance, a countdown timer, and a breakdown of points acquired vs. used), Create To Earn (submit video links for token projects to earn rewards, with a submission history showing approval status and view counts), and My Tokens (track participated launches and launches created by you, showing allocation status, SOL used, vesting details, and actions to claim tokens or view project details).
3. Explore
The platform has two discovery pages: Explore Launches surfaces token launches in raffle format, organized into Active, Upcoming, and Successful rows — each card shows participant count, projected allocation, launch progress, and raffle outcomes. Explore Projects is the ICO-style counterpart, featuring a hero banner with a live countdown and funding progress, followed by Active, Upcoming, and Ended project rows where each card highlights the funding target, amount raised, and a link to the full project detail.
4. Project Detail
A single page covering both the raffle token and ICO project views, showing the project header with funding target, status, and time remaining, followed by tabs for Content, Timeline, Participate, and Leaderboard. The Participate tab houses the core action module where users pledge points and commit SOL to secure an allocation, with pool breakdowns and commit history. The page also includes full project context — tokenomics, team info, description, and supporting visuals — giving users everything needed to evaluate and join a launch.
5. $FIGHT Project Detail
The customized ICO project page for $FIGHT, a UFC and MMA fan token, showing a multi-round fundraising raise across BNB and SOL chains with targets, amounts raised, and participant counts per round. The page includes a Create-to-Earn content campaign module, step-by-step participation instructions per round, a full project summary, team bios, key highlights, fundraising terms, tokenomics breakdown with a pie chart, and a roadmap — covering all states from live and ended rounds to claimable, refundable, and already-refunded outcomes.
6. Mobile Version
The mobile version demonstrates clean, thumb-friendly UX through large bold typography, generous whitespace, and single-column layouts that guide the eye naturally down the page. CTAs are consistently placed as full-width or prominently sized buttons, making key actions easy to tap. Visual hierarchy is strong — headlines lead, supporting text follows, and illustrations or live stats reinforce credibility without cluttering the screen. The overall experience feels lightweight and focused, with each scroll section communicating one clear idea at a time.
